Yes, initial telephone and local meeting is completely complimentary
How do you Charge for Professional Services?
On Pre-Agreed Stages and Aggregated on Monthly Basis. Any application or discharge fees are requested as required as projects progress.
How do you Charge for Building Works?
To agreed contract and payment plan, any agreed specials and proformas are requested in advance as required.
Do you offer Contracts for Services?
Yes – different agreements for different purposes project dependent.
What Insurances do you Hold?
Public Liability / Employers Liability and Contract Works Insurance with FMB
We do not provide Design Liability Insurance as this will be provided by the third-party designer.
All bonds and warrantees are at additional cost.
How do you Verify Contractors and Tradesmen?
Experience, Referencing, Visiting Previous Work, Word of Mouth, Open Book
